OVERVIEW

2nd SKU for Hulu - which seems like a small thing. But creating an e-commerce experience for TVs was a new for me. It was new for everyone. There were not many products to learn from, so we had to feel our way around, and work around the limitations of TV remote control as input method. All while adding upsell and cross sell opportunities. Below I was working through the main customer journey and how to include a shopping cart. This was a great introduction to designing for ten-foot interfaces.
