OVERVIEW

Recruiters are the front-line when it comes to employment. Indeed has been a part of the recruiter's tool belt for almost a decade. After interviewing dozens of recruiters across a range of business types, we uncovered interesting insights and missed opportunities. I concepted a space that recruiters could gain insights and contribute back into the communities they support. Crafting new ways for them to interact with job seekers and fellow recruiters. Below is the one of the research prototypes we used to gain understanding and align internal partners.
